6. Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

We aim for 100% customer satisfaction.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@growbag.in.

Refunds or replacements are eligible only if:

  • The product is unused and returned in original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is provided.
  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of receipt.

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days via the original payment method.
Note: Custom-sized or bulk-manufactured items are non-returnable.
